Amir grew up in Fredericksburg, Virginia and graduated from the George Washington University. He later graduated from Widener University School of Law cum laude, Mr. Raminpour is a member of the bar association of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and has been admitted and qualified to practice for the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and specializes in Real Estate Development and Commercial Transactions. Amir is a licensed title agent in VA, MD and DC.
Kieran swedock
Kieran Swedock grew up in Fairfax County, Virginia. She graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Urban Development. Kieran has over 21 years of experience in the title insurance industry and is licensed in VA, MD, DC, WV, NC, DE and FL.
Elsy Parada
Elsy Parada, a bilingual Settlement Processor, started her Real Estate career in November of 2019. She has skilled in handling Real Estate Transactions representing Buyers, Sellers and working closely with lenders and Real Estate Agents, from beginning to successful closings. Prior to joining RL Title and Escrow Inc, Elsy held financial roles with ample knowledge in the Banking Industry since 2011 working together with mortgage financing, retail clients and specializing in small business banking. Most importantly, she cares about her client's well-being, is extremely professional, has a positive attitude and in tune with her client's needs.
